Privacy notice
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Information we collect
Invytx collects information submitted through the GearLedger beta application and public website so we can evaluate beta participation, respond to inquiries, plan onboarding, provide support, and maintain business records. This may include your name, work email address, organization name and type, estimated users or assets, current accountability process, testing goals, consent status, browser-provided metadata, and submission timestamps.
GearLedger account information
GearLedger customer accounts may process organization inventory, personnel, checkout, return, document profile, audit, and related operational records entered by authorized users. Access to customer dashboard data is limited by authentication, organization membership, and role-based permissions.
Service providers
We use service providers, including hosting, authentication, database, security, and abuse-prevention providers, to operate GearLedger. We do not sell beta inquiry information.
Retention
We retain beta inquiry and customer account information for as long as reasonably needed to administer the beta, operate GearLedger, meet security and business-record needs, and comply with applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may contact Invytx to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to identity verification and applicable operational, security, or legal limitations.
Updates
We may update this notice as GearLedger changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
